My personal preference
I can think of the last time I tried to get a job. When turning in my resume. It doesn't go so well I get anxiety, you freeze you don't make eye contact or you just freak out inside your head, and you can't do anything to stop it, but theres ways to calm the mind. By tapping your forehead about five times and then tap on the temples then the cheeks on your face then you move down your body then your anxiety goes away. That's how you could stop anxiety, or you can count to ten then count backwards from ten.
Thats how I could stop my freak outs.
